CILBC Mission Statement
The mission of the Center for Independent Living of Bucks County is to assure that all individuals residing in Bucks County, PA, regardless of disability, are provided with tools to achieve an attainable level of independent living to which they aspire based on their individual needs and desires.

The Center for Independent Living (CIL) provides a multitude of Independent Living Services to individuals with disabilities in Bucks County at no cost.

Whether you are an individual with a disability, a family member or a community service provider advocating for your client, we are here to meet your needs by providing referrals, peer-support counseling, individual advocacy and independent living skills training.
