Sonya Robinson, a Bucks County native, raised one child in Bucks County, and received her Associate of Arts degree from Bucks County Community College.
During her daughter's school years, Sonya served on many Non-Profit Boards for the students, wearing many hats. She served as Secretary, Treasurer, President and fund-raiser. Currently she serves as Treasurer for the Bucks County Council for Individuals with Disabilities (BCCID) and as a Board member for the Bucks County Performing Arts Institute (BCPAI).
As a PA licensed Realtor, Sonya looks forward to the opportunities to meet new people, expand her contact list, and joy and knowledge of non-profits within the area. When the opening became available to become Secretary for CILBC, she stepped right in.
Patricia (Pat) Stallone, Member
Pat Stallone holds her BA in American Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Pat also has completed partial Masters Program from University of Penn as well. Pat teaches History I and II at Bucks County Community College Bristol Campus. In her spare time, Pat volunteers at the Independence National Historical Park (six years), the Bristol Cultural and Historical Foundation (34 years) and frequently lectures at schools and history groups. She also enjoys her position as a costumed tour guide at Centipede Tours for the past 17 years.

Joann is a 32 year resident of Bucks County. She has served as a volunteer and board member for numerous non-profit organizations throughout Bucks County, including as secretary for the Buck County Council for Individuals with Disabilities.
JoAnn has worked as an Administrative Assistant for the architect firm of MJC for the past 25 years.
JoAnn resides in Levittown with her husband. She is the mother of three daughters and a step daughter and grandmother of eight grandchildren.
Dave Rogers, Member
David N. Rogers currently serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations in the Bucks County area. His positions include Chairman, SCORE Chapter 570 (Counselors to America Small Business), Past President, Board of Directors, Bucks County Council for Individuals with Disabilities (BCCID) and Past President, Board of Directors, Center for Independent Living of Bucks County (CILBC). He also serves as a member of the Lower Makefield Township Disabled Persons Advisory Board.
In 1994, Rogers founded Rogers Health Care Consulting, LTD (RHCC). Operating from Evansville, IN and Yardley, PA offices, the RHCC principals specialized in developing Information Management Systems for healthcare manufacturers and wholesalers. From November 1967 to December 1993 Rogers held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
In 1976 Rogers and his wife co-founded Deaf Social Service Agency (DSSA) in Evansville, IN when they found a lack of services to support their daughter who is deaf. This agency continued to grow and became a United Way Agency in the early 1980's.
Rogers received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the University of Evansville.
